The Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and self-starting professional to join the Discovery Logic team as a Help Desk/Customer Service Analyst. You will join a team of professionals supporting the NIH's online application process.

The position will enable you to participate in or lead the following activities:

  • Research, resolve and respond to program and information technology related questions received via telephone calls and emails


  • Provide support to doctors, scientists and lenders in accordance with standard policies and procedures.


  • Conduct data analysis, create reports and presentations

Supporting the Federal Government's Health Mission

Discovery Logic provides program support services to government science and technology agencies. The small-company environment at Discovery Logic involves extensive client contact and the personal satisfaction of contributing to an agency's mission.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skill;
  • NIH grants or financial operations support experience a plus;
  • BA or BS with 3+ years of work experience;
  • Experience using Excel, Outlook and Web applications;

Applicants must be eligible for a SECRET clearance.

No travel is expected.
